There are times when a Host or Co-Host needs to make changes to the Details or Settings of a session while the session is open. To apply these changes to the sessions immediately while users are in a session, click Refresh Session Settings located in the Global Attendees Options menu within the session.
The session will do a quick refresh for all attendees showing the following message.
