Play Recorded Audios
In Pane 1, select Audio to pull up the list of audio files that have been uploaded into the session.
Select the audio file and click the Play button.
To Download an audio file, click the Download button to save file to a location on your computer.
Use the on-screen tools to control the audio file as found in image below.
Play Recorded Video Files
In Pane 1, select Video to pull up the list of pre-recorded video files that have been uploaded into the session.
Select the video file and click the Play button.
To Download a video file, click the Download button to save file to a location on your computer.
Use the on-screen tools to control the video as found in image below.
Live Stream Web Cams
Click the solid gray web cam (shown with line through it) to invite a participant to start their web cam. It is found to the right of the participant's name.
Once the web cam is hollow , the participant can navigate to Pane 1, and click the camera button to start their web cam.
When the web cam is on, the camera icon turns green and can be seen by all Attendees.
When more than one camera is on, the webcams will default to Grid View and the cameras will be evenly distributed across the Pane. Host and Cohosts’ cameras will be displayed first, followed by the attendee’s cameras in alphabetical order.
When twelve cameras are actively streaming, the thirteenth camera will enable a scrolling option which will appear at the bottom middle area of Pane 1.
Click the Full Screen icon to maximize one camera.
The other cameras will become hidden and the Full Screened camera will occupy the entire pane.
To Exit Full Screen click the icon below. It will return all cameras to Grid View, displayed evenly across the pane.
You can also view the cameras in Film Strip View. When there are at least two cameras streaming in Pane 1, click the pull-down menu in the upper left of Pane 1 and select Film Strip.
In Film Strip View, the primary camera will be displayed at the top when more than one camera is active. All other cams will display in a horizontal filmstrip mode across the bottom portion of the pane. Only the Host and Co-Host can select which camera is the primary.
When 6 cameras are actively streaming, the seventh camera will enable a scrolling option which will appear at the bottom right and left areas of Pane 1.
PLEASE NOTE: The maximum number of web cams is set by the Company's Web Cam Limit. Please talk with your Sales Representative to learn more.
Overlay Web Cam
While in the top primary camera position, the Maximize All feature found in Panes 1, 2, 3 and 4 will turn the primary camera into an overlay web cam. The web cam will be located on the bottom left corner. Once Maximize all is released, the primary camera will return back to its position in Pane 1.
Personal Web Cam Recording
Personal Web Cam Recording is an add-on features that allows the Host or Co-Host to record live web cams. This was previously known as Role-Play Recording. To learn more, visit Personal Web Cam Recording in Pane 1.
Stream Live Web Cams
Once the Host or Co-Host enables the webcam for an attendee, in the Attendee menu, their webcam icon will change from a gray camera icon with a line going through it to a white camera icon.

Once the webcam has been allowed by the Host or Co-Host, you can turn on your webcam by clicking on the webcam icon at the top of pane 1 or by clicking on the web cam icon in the Attendee list.
From an attendee's perspective, only the Host or the Co-Host can switch the view for which webcam will be considered the primary webcam.
The remaining webcams will appear below in filmstrip view.

Watch Videos
When the Host or Co-Host plays a video in the session, attendees can watch the video in pane 1. The volume level can be adjusted by moving the slider from left to right in the bottom right-hand corner of pane 1. To maximize the video, click the "Maximize Me" icon in pane 1.
Listen To Audio
When the Host or Co-Host plays an audio file in the session, attendees can listen and adjust the sound level by moving the volume slider from left to right.
Personal Webcam Recording
If your organization subscribes to it, your Host/Co-Host can record your Webcam stream. This means if the Host/Co-Host clicks a small record button on your Webcam stream (where your Webcam appears in Pane 1), it can record your video and audio stream. This can then be shown in Pane 1 or released for review in Pane 4. This can be used for such activities as role playing, speeches, plays, etc.
