System Optimizations

• Overall system optimizations for improved application performance. 

Breakout Rooms

• Applied fix so that the Breakout Room Manager is opened by only the Host and Co-Host. (6022)
• Applied a fix to address the Browser error when using "Select All" on the Assets tab of the Breakout Room Manager. (6042)

Web Cams

• Corrected several web cam regressions including the ability to see 12 web cams in Grid View. (5993, 5994, 6030)
