Application Fixes and Updates

• Fixed a problem, on iPhone, that caused the Whiteboard laser pointer to be displayed with a "trail" (12797).

• Fixed a problem that caused the Whiteboard to fail to initialize if there was missing content (images, backgrounds, invalid URL, etc) (12802).

• Fixed a problem that kept Whiteboard content from being loaded (12874).

• Fixed a problem that prohibited special characters from being used in passwords in CSV imports and Profile pages (12876).

• Fixed a problem when attempting to use Annotations in Pane 2 (12900).
