Dialing into a Session via Telephone

A session can be set to use a phone for audio in two ways:

• Use Jigsaw Conference Line
• Use Computer and Jigsaw Conference Line

Use Jigsaw Conference Line

When a session is set to Use Jigsaw Conference Line, all attendees must use a phone to participate in the session.  

1. As an attendee joins a session, the Phone Dial In Details message appears.

 

2. Using your phone, dial the phone number for your country. 

**Note:  The phone numbers are setup in advance for each client and purchased based on their needs.  There may not be options for different Countries.

 

3. You will be prompted to enter the Session Code followed by the # sign.

 

4.  Next, you will be prompted to enter the Attendee Code followed by the # sign.

 

5. You will hear a message letting you know you are being connected.  Wait a few seconds and three things will occur simultaneously:

1. The hold music on your phone will end, followed by a beep.
2. A grey telephone icon will appear to the right of your name under the Attendee List.
3. An OK button appears in the Choose Audio message box.

 

6.  Click OK and you can now participate in your session!

Call Me Feature

Jigsaw also offers a Call Me feature where the user can request the Jigsaw Conference Line to call the phone number that is convenient for the user. 

If a company has opted to use the Call Me feature, the user will see "[calling out to you]" as one of the available listings in the Choose Audio pop-up window.

 

Once selected, the user will see a field to enter a phone number for the Jigsaw Conference Line to dial.  This number should be one that is easily accessible and can be a landline, mobile number, or conference line number.  You can also use a phone number with an extension.

After entering the complete number you want the system to call, click the Call Me button.

 

The message will change informing you of the number that will be calling you so you know to answer the call.

Once you are connected, you will see the OK button appear next to the Call Me button.  Click that to close the pop-up message and continue with your session.

Use Computer and Jigsaw Conference Line

When a session is set to Use Computer and Jigsaw Conference Line, the attendees are able to chose the audio option that is best suited for them. 

1. As an attendee joins a session, a message will appear asking which audio method to use.

 

2. To use your phone to call into the session, simply the dial the number for the country you wish. 

**Note:  The phone numbers are setup in advance for each client and purchased based on their needs.  There may not be options for different Countries.

 

3. You will be prompted to enter the Session Code followed by the # sign.

 

4. Next, you will be prompted to enter the Attendee Code followed by the # sign.

 

5.  You will hear a message letting you know you are being connected.  Wait a few seconds and three things will occur simultaneously:

2. A grey telephone icon will appear to the right of your name under the Attendee List.
